2013-15 Ford Escape Shock Absorber Issue

The problem: Drivers may experience a clunking noise coming from the rear of the vehicle when going over bumps. This could be due to faulty rear shock absorbers.
Corrective action: Dealers will replace the rear shock absorbers.
Warranty info: This service bulletin is being performed free of charge under the new-vehicle warranty.
