Vehicles Affected: Approximately 2,900 model-year 2010 Jaguar XF sedans equipped with 4.2-liter engines

The Problem: The fuel tank outlet flange may crack, allowing fuel to leak that, in the presence of an ignition source, may increase the risk of a fire.

The Fix: Dealers will replace the fuel outlet flange for free.

What Owners Should Do: Jaguar will begin notifying owners April 9. Owners can call Jaguar at 800-637-6837, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s vehicle-safety hotline at 888-327-4236 or visit its website to check their vehicle identification number and learn more.
