Went to look at upgrading to a newer truck than my 2014

Went to look at upgrading to a newer truck than my 2014 GMC. was met at the door with smiling faces and great attitudes. I was given the pleasure of working with Danielle V to find what I was looking for. I told her what i wanted in a truck and the search began. Found a couple of diesels on the web site, but because of the holiday they hadnt had time to update listings. then she came across a 2020 Chevy Silverado and went to locate it but stuck out again. she kept up with what i was looking for and said if she runs across something then she will call me. I arrived at home and then got a call from a strange number and decided to answer it. Danielle was on the other end saying she located the Chevy and was holding it for me to come look at. Came back and her and the financial team work with great effort to get me into it. have loved the truck and if I ever had a question about something regarding the sale i just text her and within a couple mins she was responding and getting answers.

The service advisor and manager were the worst I’ve ever

The service advisor and manager were the worst I’ve ever encountered and can’t be trusted, so it’s best to avoid taking your vehicle there. After servicing my 2021 Ram 1500 TRX, both the front driver and passenger side fender liners were loose and rubbing against the front tires. When I took it back, they claimed it wasn’t their responsibility.

I'm let the report speak for it self I bought a Chrysler

I'm let the report speak for it self I bought a Chrysler 300s from them about 2yrs ago they supposed had did a inspector and repair on it but I carry it in to have a new inspection done on to be told that its will cost 17000 to fix what supposed to be wrong most of the things on it was something they supposed had fix before hand..the car just over 18000 miles on it to date a so much wrong with it the car sat up to 8 week before being moved I would even buy another vehicle from this dealership

Had a recall for a catalytic converter…took my car in.

Had a recall for a catalytic converter…took my car in. Waited 6 hrs for repair. They changed the oil was supposed to start an oil consumption test. They didn’t. Took my car in for next oil change they did nothing but wash the car…said I needed to have an oil change and start an oil consumption test. Sorry service…never going there again.

Sold car out from under me and sales person

Very disappointed in the service we received from this company. We had been looking for Tesla and shopping around. We never came across one we liked till we saw one at Mac Haik Temple. Was exactly what we had been looking for. Called my bank for financing and immediately after called the dealership. It was a Friday afternoon and spoke to a young lady Cynthia. She sent me videos and was asked to send the purchase order to send to the bank for financing and to send over payment. Never got order on Friday so I followed up Saturday and I was asked to go in. I had my daughters football game and said I would go after but needed purchase order. Cynthia said they were having issues with system. I went in after 3 on Saturday and was given purchase order. My bank was closed by then and I sent anyway. Told Cynthia I was worried about losing car and she said not to worry. Spoke to Chance the manager. Explained I had a medical procedure on Monday and that bank would be reaching out for sending money on Monday. He said no problem to pick up on Tuesday. Monday I finalized with bank and they were reaching out. I had my procedure and called later that day. Cynthia and Chance would not return my calls nor text. Called my bank on Tuesday and said they could not get ahold of them. I called dealership and was told Cynthia quit on Monday and that they sold the car. Asked to speak to Chance and he was off. Spoke to a Micheal who was a manager and he was no help. Said he didn't know what happened and would find out. Sent me a link to another Tesla that was older, more miles and none of the features the other car had and was $2,000 more. I declined and he said he would fix it and call me and I never heard from him again. Wednesday Cynthia text me and says the car was sold out fom under her. Said it's a common practice there and she was upset as she was losing her sale and quit. I can't blame her and such a shady practice. I wished her well and can say I'm very disappointed in the way they do business. I was later told a friend worked there and they told to do that to guarantee sale and sell another vehicle as they have already been approved and have the money. Disappointed in Chance and Chris for having zero customer service. Will not be buying from them or recommending them.

Reservations Useless

Made a on line appointment for an oil change and thought i would wait until it was done. i figured within a hour i could have this accomplished. Sat in line waiting for for someone to wait on me and when they said they had a lot of walk ins this morning and it would be over 2 hours for a simple oil change. Since when does a business take 1st come first serve when you make a appointment. This was my first and last time visiting them. I left and with no oil change and will not be back!

service dept !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

service manager dont return calls. bought car in keep it didnt fine anything wrong.told me I need to drive it more.theres a shadow in the back up camera.

Retired

They were nice when I wrote a check for 41,000 for my new ram. Called for service and it went downhill in a hurry. All in all I have not received such lousy service in 50 years and that was a Chevy dealership. I got the service manager and a technician fired.

Will not return phone calls

Tried 4 times to make appointment for service,. 3 times with Dennis and 1 with service Manager. Guess they have enough business so they sure don't need mine. Going elsewhere.

don't know what you mean by "title"?

Just purchased truck! Unable to give honest opinion yet until we actually have some dealings with dealership. Sales person so far did his job. Now we'll see if he follows thru with replacing the missing floor mats? And see if the service department fixes things we have found not working on truck? After that all happens, then maybe we can give a better review. Right now is just to soon.
