Best car purchasing experience.

We had a great experience in purchasing our Jeep Liberty. Scott and Dakota were so helpful in getting everything in line for us to take our car home. It was the smoothest and easiest purchase we have ever had. Great dealership!

Wasn’t pressured at all. I knew I was going to buy a car...

Wasn’t pressured at all. I knew I was going to buy a car that day, so I was expecting to have to deal with a long, drawn out process. That, never happened. The paperwork was done in 30 minutes and I was down the road in the car I picked out. All in all, a 6 star experience. I got a really nice car too.

I came to test drive a used Nissan Frontier.

I was treated kindly, in and out within 1 hour and completely satisfied with my buying experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer and would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Truck Purchase

QVAS has a good selection of 4x4's, easy to work with and no hassle employees. S. Wilson was awesome! Test drove a pickup, they entertained my offer, and even lowered the price over concerns I had with the truck. I bought it. Thumbs up.

GREAT EXPERIENCE. Bought the car I wanted at a great price. Scott and Dakota were both very helpful with all my request. Felt like I was doing business with old friends. I will certainly return for future vehicles'

Deceiving Ad with False Statements

Hello, I usually don't write reviews about a specific business, but my last experience I had with QVS was a TOTAL disappointment. Car I was looking at: 2004 BMW M3 Convertible - Blue After finding the car on FB Marketplace I started a communication with the dealer (apparently he was the owner "Ron" whom I was messaging with). All good at the beginning of course... I live 500 miles away from the dealer... Pics and videos show great, with a car in excellent condition. This is where it gets tricky: I had multiple text exchanges with Ron (apparently the owner) and text/phone calls with the Scott the salesman (seems like a nice guy)... - Do you offer warranty? No - Do you know when the oil was changed last? No - Can you please change the oil prior my 500 trip back home? No - Can you please give me a "bill of health" of the car? No - Are there any Check Engine Lights On? No - Is the car running properly? Yes So I went ahead and, in GOOD faith, I went ahead and placed a $500 deposit (non-refundable) on Friday. I then had 7 days to schedule a trip a pickup the car... Over the weekend I was able to schedule a PPI (pre purchase inspection) on this car, just to ensure it was ok and to give me a list of what I needed to work on once I got it... A friend of mine (his expertise is BMWs only and it's a member of the BMW club) offered to take the car to get the PPI done at an independent shop. After multiple attempts to talk to Scott on Monday and Tuesday to schedule this PPI, I was finally told... "ok. you can have your friend pick up the car on Wednesday to get it inspected"... Now the best part is yet to come... Once my friend got there, he found the following issues: - Car has been resprayed and had multiple cosmetic issues (fine I can live with that) - He started the engine and both Airbag and Tire Sensor lights were ON. (not too worried about tire sensor, but the Airbag? ...) This was NOT disclosed to me. Remember "No CEL Lights ON"? - He then proceeded to drive the car and take it to get the PPI done, and had to come back within 5 minutes) - An issue with the differential (metal-metal)... and unsafe to drive... This was NOT disclosed either... - Airbag light On with a combination of mechanical issues were NEVER disclosed to me. I then decided to call Scott about these issues and I was told the following: - He was very sorry about this (he seems to be a nice guy) - He had never tested the car (in fact he only started the engine when he sent me a video) - The dealer mechanic does not specialize in BMWs so they never even checked the car. (I was told this) - When pressed, I was told "the owner just brought this car and asked us to sell it" I have had a few email exchanges with the owner and he decided to keep the $500 since I signed a paper and that there is no wrongdoing on their part. However they failed to disclose the issues listed above. I was told I waited 6 days to say "I don't want the car",.. NOT TRUE... I wanted early on Monday to take the car to get a PPI (I have text exchanges with my requests that went unanswered, wasting time).... I understand I was doing the PPI after the deposit was made... and I was OK with that since I believed in their word! How naive I was... How could a dealer sell a car without test driving it, inspect it, or at least verify everything is working properly? Very disappointed with this Dealership. Feedback... Try to go a different dealer that goes above and beyond to support their customers. I guess the owner needed the $500 more than me. Good luck to you all... Hopefully your experience is not as bad, or better yet, take your hard earned money somewhere else. CB

Not Reputabel

Conducted preliminary negotiations via text. Agreed in principle to a straight trade on vehicles, my 2013 BMW X5 for their Jaguar XK Convertible, with a top that was stuck open. The roof had been stuck open for a week, and I was able to fix it within 30-45 minutes. Took the car for a prepurchase inspection and found out that the front tires were worn out with one tire having a cut in the wear band. The rear tires were almost shot as well and the rear brakes were going to need to be replaced soon. I get back to the lot to discuss the findings reported by the mechanic and they said that they were reconsidering the straight trade (I am assuming that it was because I fixed their roof for them). They weren't willing to replace the tires for that price and I wasn't willing to drive it the 90 miles to get home with an unsafe tire. I texted the online person how I felt about the situation and being told that they were reconsidering the straight trade (btw...my car had brand new tires on it, less than 2,000 miles) and she said that she would do the straight across trade, but would not replace the tires. Oh well. I didn't need that car anyways. As for the lot itself, it was way too congested for my preference.
